Typewriter Triptych

This work sees the dismantled fragments of a typewriter examined according to various criteria; mass, weight and texture. The categroization process is a fallable, human judgement rather than one made using scientific instruments or method. The work is also responsive to the architecture of the space and the fragments themselves, as one element fits snuggly around its neighbour, and so on. The fragments appear on screen one by one, the hand behind the object's ratification is invisible.
